Registration Fee – $200
You will receive a 45 day free trial with your initial setup. If you wish to keep the account after 45 days you can submit a payment of $200 for the yearly registration and your account will be activated for 12 full months from date paid. Registration will need to be renewed every year in order to maintain an open account.
Transaction Fee – $350
A transaction fee (broker fee) of $350 is applied to every vehicle won. The price of the purchase does not affect the transaction fee. For CA and FL residents looking to purchase in their home state the transaction fee will differ, please contact our sales staff for more details. Special large volume purchase discounts may be available, please contact our sales staff for more details.
Refundable Security Deposit – $600 [?]
A security deposit of $600 minimum must be paid before you can start bidding. The security deposit is refunded in full if you do not make a purchase. If a purchase was made, the security deposit will be refunded after you make a full payment for the vehicle and remove the vehicle from the auction.
Copart Transaction Fee – $50 (Effective 8/1/2016):
For every vehicle won under the broker bidder accounts you will be charged a mandatory Copart transaction fee of $50. This fee is separate from the Copart auction fees, and the Advance Motors broker fee. This fee is non-negotiable and non-refundable, and applies to relists as well.
Other Applicable Fees:
$25 title mailing fee – we mail all titles with insurance and tracking. If you choose not to pay this fee and receive title via regular mail you will be responsible for the cost of duplicate title in case of loss. This fee is automatically added to invoice with your purchases.
$20 wire transfer fee – all payments are made by a secure bank account to account wire transfer. A $20 fee will be applied to your invoice to cover the bank charge for incoming wire transfers. You may contact our office to inquire about other forms of payment, if any are available at the time.
$45 documentation fee – for all awarded lots and all document types provided with the lots.
