Security Deposit Refund
If you wish to request your Security Deposit back, Please fill out the form below. Fields marked (*) are required to submit the form. If you do not remember your buyer number, please refer to the “Welcome To Advance Motors LLC” email that was sent when you first created the account.
Be advised: It may take up to 2 weeks for the refund to apply to your account.
However, if we are unable to refund the deposit to the debit/ credit card used to submit the deposit, it can take up to 30 days for the manual refund to be processed. Keep in mind, if this applies to you we will send you an email confirming refund transfer methods.
*** Free Trial Users, Please note: Requesting your Deposit Refund will result in the termination of your Free Trial(regardless of time left). Your Copart account will be reset and you will lose access to it.***
If you wish to maintain access to the Copart account after the deposit has been refunded, it will behave in a “View Only” fashion. You will have to upgrade to the Yearly Account and pay the $200 Registration Fee.
IMPORTANT: If the security deposit dips below $600, your account will be rendered “Inactive”(View Only). You will be able to log in, add/maintain your watchlist and view vehicles, but you will be unable to place bids in either Pre-bidding/Make Offer or Live Bidding phases.
